I recently used the services of a company for my technology needs. I found their website, northcommtechnologies.com, and decided to give them a try. Although the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a few areas that could be improved. The company delivered the services as promised, but I felt that the communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. However, they did resolve my issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would consider using their services again, but with the expectation of improved communication.
