Having SW Residential manage our property in London is fantastic. We live in New Zealand and from a distance Caterina, Christian and the team provide a great service that gives us confidence that our investment (and future home) is in safe hands. SW Residential ensure that tenants and owners are both happy. Prior to SW Residential taking over management 6 years ago we were with a high street chain and the service from SW Residential is on another level, personalised and responsive with nothing too much trouble.
