I had a mixed experience with Tipler Design Group. While their customer service was prompt and professional, I found their design concepts to be lacking creativity. The overall quality of the final product was satisfactory, but I was hoping for something more unique and innovative. The team was easy to work with and accommodated my requests, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of design aesthetics. Overall, an average experience.
