I had a mixed experience with Summit Trailers INC. While their product quality was excellent, their customer service was lacking. On the positive side, the trailer I purchased is well-built and meets my requirements. However, whenever I contacted their support team with questions or concerns, their responses were slow and unhelpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
