As a long-time customer of Mellys the story collector, I have to say that the experience has been mixed. While the website is easy to use and the stories are interesting, I have encountered some technical issues from time to time. The customer support team has been helpful in resolving these issues, but it would be better if such problems didn't occur in the first place. Overall, a good service with room for improvement.
