Worst experience I ever had was buying a truck here, and I have purchased many vehicles. I made 3 payments as well as a closing amount on my previous loan because they didn't get the buyout amount correct, all this while making the payments on the new loan. New truck and I had to have it in for repairs because the steering was loose, dealership that repaired it said the king nut was not put back on properly after add-ins were installed on the truck. They lost the rear sway bar and told me they would put a new one on, I have called multiple times they just keep telling me they are looking into to it, bought the truck 9 months ago and they still have not done anything about it.
