I am a customer and I have been with State Farm Insurance for the past three years. Their service is average at best. Their rates are quite high compared to other insurance companies. The customer support team is just okay, not great or efficient. I have faced some claims issues in the past and it took them longer than expected to resolve it. Overall, I would rate State Farm Insurance as an average insurance company.
