I had a mixed experience with Blackman Mansfield Recruitment. Initially, I was impressed with their responsive and professional communication. However, as the recruitment process progressed, I felt that my needs were not fully understood or considered. The consultant I worked with seemed more focused on filling the position quickly rather than finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate. It was disappointing to see that they did not take the time to properly screen and match candidates with the job requirements. I believe there is room for improvement in their candidate selection process.
