Prior to purchasing my 2015 Acura RDX, I had owned a Toyota and Honda. I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car as I had owned my Toyota for so long. When I went to Rosenthal Acura, James Tan greeted me and was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me and my family excellent customer service. I appreciate his follow-up with me and am very happy with my purchase! Recently, I called him on a question for my car and he was very helpful. I appreciate that he indicated that I am still his customer though my purchase was complete. His help and customer service were important factors in my deciding to purchase a RDX from Rosenthal Acura. I will be sure to refer any friends and family looking for a new car over to James.
