I don't wanna talk bad about any company or business or treatment center. But I had the worst experience with one of the housing case managers (Rae)! In my opinion, he doesn't have what it takes to be a housing case manager! He made an appointment with me, and never showed up! I left several messages in 4 or 5 days but never returned my calls! he didn't return my call until I talked to his supervisor named "Kelly". He pretended like nothing happened, didn't even apologize! Basically, they both didn't want anymore caseloads! If that's the case I understand but I couldn't understand why he kept blowing me off! What's the point of making an appointment if you're not gonna show up? Wow!
It happened between Dec. 2019 to Jan. 2020.
