The experience with Cbs Interactive (UK) was average. The website was user-friendly, but I found it quite difficult to navigate through the different sections. The content they provide is comprehensive and informative. However, the customer service could be improved as they took quite some time to respond to my queries. Overall, I would say it's an average company.
