I had a mixed experience with Mixx Audio. The sound quality of their products is excellent, but their customer service needs improvement. They were responsive to my initial inquiries, but once I had an issue with one of their products, it was difficult to reach them and get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I would say they have great potential, but need to work on their customer support.
