I was very pleased with the friendliness of all staff members when I entered show room. Sales representative, Esther Beninati was very gracious and so helpful. She took her time, answered all my many questions and gave a tutorial on the features, new and old. I have very positive feelings about her service.
Finance Manager, Austin Breuker very carefully and thoroughly went over purchase documents and was extremely patient with my questions. He offered additional insights regarding insurance protection that had not been explained at all when I leased my 2018 Equinox
from another dealership.
