I've been a customer of Bicycle NSW for a while now, and overall I've had a decent experience with them. The selection of bikes and accessories is good, although I wish they had more options in certain categories. The customer service has been satisfactory, but there have been a few instances where I felt like I wasn't given enough attention. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts in promoting cycling and providing quality products.
