Cons:
- Food is not varied
- Communication between front office staff and spa. Front office clerk says spa vouchers can be used at any time for any package for min. shopping for 500,000. Spa officer said the voucher cannot be used for certain packages.
- Hot water does not turn on
- Wifi is not lit (can't reach the very end of the room)
