I would rate Cowpots as average. The quality of their products is decent, but I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable about their own products. The website is easy to navigate, though, and placing an order was simple. Overall, I had an okay experience with Cowpots.
