My experience with UICK, DOREEN JANE RN was a mixed bag. While the nursing care I received was top-notch, the administrative side of things left much to be desired. It took multiple phone calls and emails to sort out billing issues, which was quite frustrating. However, I must commend the nurses for their professionalism and excellent care.
