Are you kidding me! I called them asking about banking needs and they said to whom you want to speak, i was amazed really!

If i have any problem in my internet connection and i'll call my network provider for the very first time, do you really think i should know to whom i should speak with?

I asked them regarding banking query and they said that i can't help you out even without listening the full query.

They should deserve negative stars for sure.
