My experience at Audi South Africa was average. The car I test drove was okay, but it didn't stand out compared to other luxury car brands. The customer service was satisfactory, but it lacked a personal touch. The Audi South Africa website was informative, but I expected a more interactive experience. Overall, it was an average experience, but I'm still considering Audi as an option.
