I have been a customer of Northeast Pump CO for several years now, and I can confidently say that their service is average. They are always prompt in responding to my inquiries and their technicians are knowledgeable. However, there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the job done properly. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory.
