I have been a loyal customer of Ufone for the past three years and I must say that their services are average. Although they have a wide coverage area, the network quality is not consistent. There are times when I face call drops and slow internet speed. The customer support is also not up to the mark. They take a lot of time to resolve any issue and the representatives are not very knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate Ufone as an average telecom company.
