I have been a customer of the Society for Technical Communication for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have a comprehensive website and provide some useful resources for technical communicators, there is definitely room for improvement. The website navigation can be confusing at times, and some of the content feels outdated. Overall, I would rate my experience with STC as average.
