I recently had the opportunity to work with Rutledge & Associates LLC and overall, my experience was average. Their website, rutledgebusinessservice.com, is user-friendly and provides relevant information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, it felt impersonal and lacked attention to detail.

In terms of their services, they were adequate. They delivered what was promised, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. The pricing was reasonable, considering the market standards.
