I recently brought my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. I had made a appointment for this service and arrived on time. It took 2 hours for this simple service. During the long wait the service writer called me over and went over a list of recommended services which I declined and waited for my vehicle to be finished. The next day someone from Sun Toyota called and talked to my wife and told her that I should bring my vehicle back for these recommended service that I had decined. None of these service recommendations were on any importance of safety concerns they came to a total of $952.00. To question my decision on what service i want is very insulting. It seems to me that there motives are very questionable. I bought my car new 3 years ago at Sun Toyota mainly because they advertise that they don't charge a dealer fee. Since then they have changed ownership and the whole atmosphere there has changed and now charge a dealer fee. So going forward, when I need a new car or service i will look to other dealerships and will never return to Sun Toyota.
