I had an average experience with Reaction Restoration. While they were able to address the water damage issue in my home, I felt that the overall quality of the restoration work could have been better. Communication from the team was lacking at times, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Although the job was eventually completed, I expected a higher level of professionalism and attention to detail.
