Marshal Zalik is a crook.

He bully s tenants and does not cooperate with the law.

He is currently being sued by several individuals for fraud.

He makes fake laws not supported by the government.

Do not hire this individual. As you will be surrendering your property to a 85 year old man that is on a power trip
