I ordered some products online and they arrived on time and in good condition. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of one of the items as it didn't meet my expectations. The website was easy to use, but I feel that the product descriptions could have been more detailed. Overall, it was an average shopping experience with Carol D Kamm.
