I recently had an experience with Rant & Rave and I must say it was quite average. The customer service was adequate and the website was easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with the overall quality of the products. They seemed to be cheaply made and lacked durability. I expected better considering the reputation of the company. I would rate them as average.
