After contacting Gregg Boonstra requesting information for services he followed up with an email lining out services for advertising and social media management. He then followed up about every (3) days inquiring about starting service. I was asked to send credit card information to place on file for Facebook Ad costs and EFT Bank information to debit my account for services. We discussed the process and when asked about who would become my account manager he replied that he needs to be involved and expects my interaction with him to report activity back to him so they know how our social media is performing. Once he received the EFT information an my account was drafted for Website creation, SEO and Advertising Content, and Social Media AD Campaign Management. He was right I would need to be in contact with him. I had to ask him for when is my account being set up, what are you doing, who is managing my account, why have I not heard from you? After seeing little to no results and feeling left with no results with the lack of communication Vertical Vision failing to deliver. I sent an email of requests (2) weeks after my account was drafted for services listed below as outlined in the email. Website Build - ($2,483) Silver Level Social Strategy -($239/month) Business Growth Diamond Level Full Marketing - ($1,493/month +ad spend)Website SEO and Maintenance - ($297/month) Website Hosting - ($20/month) Services started on October 8th. I sent an email on Saturday October 13th requesting update and for him to contact me and who was my account manager. I received a call on Monday afternoon from Tom Fiordelisi my appointed account manager promising me website draft by Thursday that week and weekly calls on Wednesday. After no follow up on website draft delay I requested all services to be cancelled. I was hard for me to see any return on investment and the only results received where failed deliverables on promises made with no follow up form the ownership down.
