I recently hired a landscaping company to work on my property and I was hoping for a more seamless experience. However, the communication and overall customer service were lacking. The website mentioned a variety of services, but I found that the execution fell short of my expectations. The actual work was satisfactory, but I feel that there was a disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered. I appreciate their efforts, but I would have preferred a more proactive approach in managing my project.
