I recently participated in a program with FIUTS and found it to be an interesting experience. The organization's mission to promote cross-cultural understanding through student interactions is commendable, and they offer a variety of events and activities to support this goal. However, I found the website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate, which made it challenging to find the information I needed. Also, the communication could be improved as I experienced delays in receiving responses to my inquiries. Overall, my experience was average. I hope to see the organization invest more in updating their digital platforms and enhancing their communication processes to better serve their participants in the future. 🌍
