I recently purchased some bathroom fixtures from this company, and I have to say I was not completely satisfied. The selection on the website was good, but the checkout process was a bit cumbersome. 🛁 Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected, and one of the items arrived damaged. 😕 The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, the quality of the products was decent, but the overall experience was just average. I hope they can improve their shipping and quality control processes in the future.
