I recently engaged with this firm for my investment needs and found the experience to be average. The staff was polite but did not provide as much guidance as I had hoped for. I initially had high expectations, but I felt a bit underwhelmed by the level of personalized attention I received. On the positive side, their investment options were diverse, and the online platform was user-friendly. While I wasn't wowed by the service, I appreciate the sincerity of the team. In the future, it would be great to see them improve their personalized support to truly meet the needs of their clients. Overall, the experience was just okay. 😐
