I had lunch at Ômonbalcon today and it was an average experience. The service was decent and the food was satisfactory. However, I felt that the prices were slightly higher compared to similar establishments in the area. The portion sizes were also a bit smaller than expected. While the overall experience was fine, I'm not sure if I would choose Ômonbalcon for a special occasion.
