I recently had solar panels installed by this company without any major issues. I found the process of getting a quote and scheduling the installation was smooth and painless. The installation team was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. However, I did encounter some issues with communication and follow-up after the installation. It took a while to get a response to my post-installation inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the panels are working well, but I wish the customer service was more responsive. The website was informative and easy to navigate. I hope their customer service improves in the future. ⭐⭐⭐
