I have a simple request for help which is actually indicated by the urgency committee they should help me with that and every time I call I have to explain everything and nobody seems to really want to help me, and I would also get a generalist now that I finally have a Postal address already 3 weeks ago and still I hear nothing and I also hear nothing more from the previous generalist of my daughter who would contact team Tongelre about the fact that it is important for my objection in the urgency they are going to help me. This was also communicated to her by the municipality of Eindhoven by the urgency and objection department whose name I will not mention personally, but apparently nobody sees the importance of helping me, while I have been working for so long; I feel sent from pillar to post. I don't know what to do anymore, it's just too sad for words how things are going.
