Someone had hit into my parked car on the street, outside the Xenontech office. One of their staff witnessed it, and took the initiative to download the footage off their surveillance system and hand it to me. I was then able to give it to NRMA to process my claim. If I didn't have the footage, I would of been out of pocket and had to pay the $900 excess. Thanks Xenontech!
