I had an average experience with Lercher werkzeugbau gmbh. Their website lercher.at is easy to navigate and their tools are of good quality. However, the customer service was lacking at times. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't provide satisfactory answers. Overall, I would rate them as average.
