First of all let s be straight forward, whoever goes to this clinic knows there s a couple of people that are really UNPROFESSIONAL starting from the receptionist, medical assistants and all the way to where they give shots. Let s start with the receptionist I believe they are sisters both sit in the front skinny pretty and with a not so good attitude, they look down at people when asked if they have openings for appointments, they would scream at the people saying they don t have any or they need to call for that, once the people leave they start making fun of them talking real bad about them and what they don t see is that people in the surrounding can actually hear what they are saying that is not right, because of us patients that come to this clinic this ungrateful unprofessional people have jobs. Second the medical assistants I Believe this one got hire desperately has no teeth and she use to work at another clinic where I use to go, she is so disrespectful like when taking me blood pressure she would ask me why am I here am like really can we just go to the room so you can ask me that I don t really want to let my business out there and they she would roll her eyes and start giving me attitude, then will be put in the room and she would be like so why are you here I had to say a follow up cause she just ruin my day I had to wait for the doctor so I can let her know the real reason, I was place on the room for like 20 min until the doctor came in, i over heard all the conversation she had with anothe assistant say I need to smoke and drink some like really I can literally here everything and I can t believe this person is my medical assistant I pretended to go to the bathroom room and they were talking secretly and laughing sayin yea we should after work, now as I was going to the bathroom their was the medical assistant that gives shots I believe sleeping while working like really I can hear her snoring like I just wonder is this place really desperately to hire anybody like I know they can do better but they must have their reasons not too. This is a great clinic but with this type of employees makes it not a so good clinic I can count with one hand the polite people that will give you great service and that would be a chunky girl medical asistant with glasses she is super friendly, a male assistant very polite and and older Lady in the front, you want great service with a smile go to them the rest they look lost in this place. Btw I will be going soon for my appointment and I will sure get everyone ones name so they can do something about until next review........
