I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Bibliothèque pour l'ecole bpe. While their products were of good quality, their customer service left much to be desired. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone when I had questions or concerns, and when I did, the responses were not helpful. I hope they can improve in this aspect.
