Would give zero stars if I could. Paid for certified copies of a name change ten days after the judgement. State requires them filed within 45 days. Called a week before my 45 day mark when I still hadn't received them (but checks were cashed of course). Said they'd send them to me. Had to drive to the court and then drive to Trenton to get them in on time. Finally received them...they were postmarked the day I went in and paid for ANOTHER copy. Sad that people in such position of power can misuse it.
