Review of Shangri-La Singapore Hotel

I love this hotel and have stayed twice each year ...

I love this hotel and have stayed twice each year for the past couple of years or maybe even 3. The only negative comment I can make is that I did ask for a room in the Garden Wing at a high level and was disappointed to only be on level 3. Prior to this, in June this year, I was on level 2 and I don't think either of those floors can be considered as 'high'. I am booked to return again in June 2019 and hope to get a Garden Wing room on a higher floor. I will also be back in September 2019.

Other than that, I find the service, staff, dining options to be first class. I am always in transit when I stay with you between Europe and Australia and I treat my stay as a way to try to beat jet lag, relax by the pool and arrive back home in Australia in time to work.

Really enjoyed dining at the Origin Grill, the Horizon Lounge, by the pool and at Waterfall. A fabulous range of dining options. I would give the hotel a perfect score if I could just get a room in the Garden Wing on a higher level.
