Had a bad experience during the check-in.
I was recommended to do the mobile check-in and was done a night before arrival. When arrived at 2.30pm, I approached the Mobile Check-in counter. I was asked to produce my credit card for pre-authorised payment which I already done when did the mobile check-in. The Front desk only realized when I told her that it is already deducted from the credit card during mobile check-in.

I was informed to wait a while as the room are not ready as the check-in time is 3.00pm. I agreed to that as I was arrived early and do not mind to wait.

At 3.10pm, I approached the Front Desk to check if the rooms are ready or not. Front Desk told me that the Garden Wing room that I booked still not ready and have to wait about an hour. Since the room cannot be ready in time, she offered an upgrade to Family room. At first I was delighted to get an upgrade, but there is on for a while. I was given an upgrade to Family Room at Tower Wing. I rejected the offer as I booked Garden Wing Room. This is the first time that I booked at Garden Wing and wanted to experience the stay. Already stay at Tower Wing and Valley Wing before. We had some misunderstanding on this issue and the Duty Manager was called. He offered a temporary room while waiting for the Garden Wing to be ready.

The rooms only ready at about 4.00pm. A bit disappointed with the check-in time. As stated, the check-in time is 3.00pm, unfortunately, it is not ready by the actual time. And also recommended to do Mobile check-in as Golden Circle member, but also did not work.

Hope the Management can look into this matter.
