The number of flights and destinations has increased exponentially (and this is positive) and with them the number of passengers. Unfortunately, however, the structure is not adequate for this volume of traffic. At the gates there are no waiting rooms to sit on ... if you have to wait for boarding for an hour or more you have to stand or sit on the ground (there are people sitting on the floor and bags scattered everywhere) or away from the gate and wait for a chair to be released in the central hall ... Not particularly comfortable.
