I attended a self-defense workshop at The Defensive Training Institute and it exceeded all my expectations. The instructors were incredible and really knew their stuff. They made the class fun and engaging, and I learned a lot of practical techniques that I can use in any situation. The facility was top-notch and the staff was friendly and professional. The Defensive Training Institute is the best place to learn self-defense!
