I recently ordered from Ipcan distribuidora and had a mixed experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer service was subpar. The representatives were unhelpful and it took several attempts to get a resolution. Although the products were good, the poor customer service leaves a sour taste. I hope they work on improving this aspect.
