My spouse and I purchased a residential property developed by this company. It was discovered that the recommendation of the engineer was disregarded, thus a short cut had been taken. It was VERY costly to address the major structural issue. The company that we hired to correct the problem was not surprised when they discovered that it was developed by Hendricks. Since that time, other costly problems with the building have been discovered. This could have been avoided if Hendricks had completed the project in a professional, ethical manner.
