I recently had the opportunity to work with Prominent technical trading & engineering co. and I must say that my experience was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time for inquiries was slow and there were some miscommunications. Overall, the company provides decent products, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
