They are so bad, disorganized and irresponsible. After a hurricane, we couldn't pay our mortgage and allowed not to pay for a certain period of time. Then, a year after we had restarted our payment, they recently reported us to credit union and we got low credit score! Plus we still haven't received the loan modification they had promised more than a year ago!!
