I recently used a travel service to book my vacation. The service was good overall, but I didn't have a great experience with some aspects. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to book my flights easily. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and took too long to provide assistance. Despite these issues, I managed to have a decent trip.
